False case filed against me what are my rights?

Hi.. I am going through a criminal court trail, in which I am falsely implicated by RPF officials under section 143. They are not having any evidence against me. On the statement of culprit( undergone 9 month imprisonment) a police complaint was registered against me by RPF officials. Now case is pending on charge from past 15 dates.As i am an young engineer my carrier is at risk. It is more than four years the case is pending. On every date judge is giving new date at 5.00 pm without any proceeding.Kindly help!

Dear Sir/Madam,
It is very pitty that you have been implicated in a false case but nevertheless First of all move/forward your bail application to the Hon'ble court. As you have already undergone 9 months imprisonment which is very sad. Thereafter coming out you can fight your case properly along with your lawyer.

You may invoke the extra ordinary power of the High Court under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and pray for quashing of the complaint filed against you. Ideally it must be done before the framing of charges. Therefore you must move immediately.
