a fir was filed against me u?s 323, 354, 417, 420, 506 ipc
the matter was my ex gf accused me of marrying her even though i havent and she has produced a fake photo of the same marriage she also has produce some tampered whatsapp chat screen shots
now how should i go about my case
(im on bail right now)
please suggest me the best way to come out of the case much sooner
Hi....after filing of the charge sheet by the police you will receive summons from the court. Then u appear before the court and in cross examination you have to prove your case. If you have any supporting documents you can produce the same before the court.
