Hello sir,a person from our family had collected money from people saying he will give jobs in their desired stream by using our name,status and image without our knowledge.when we got to about all this we filed a case against the person who collected money from people. Later the victims had filed a case against us stating we collected money from them which is False,they are no evidence against us.So,please kindly look into this matter and please give us any solution.We are Muslims and the victims are Sc/St and Muslims.

If really you are not involved in the alleged cheeting, you need not to afraid of wether the victims belongs to SC/ST or minorities. Unless strict proofs n evidence available, the police wont come in your way.
