False allegation for sexual misconduct

This lady works in my society her work is to manage accounts, she is very moody and works as per her mood and deny doing work if does not want to, due to these reasons she has been terminated. Now out of no where she went to the police station and filed FIR against secretary for sexual misconduct. Sec 354 has been levied on him. Bail has been granted to him but all his reputation and respect has been lost due to 1 false allegation. Can anyone pls suggest what step we can take to prove that she has falsely accused him. I guess police will not file FIR against her. What is the remedy. Pls suggest.
dear queries section 354 assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage modesty whoever assault uses criminal force to any woman intending to outrage or knowing it to be likely that he will there by outraging modesty shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which shall not be less than 1 year but which may extend 25 years and shall also be liable to fine
