Fake Examine instead of another person

One person was giving Matric Examination of Sanskrit Tool instead of another person in 2009.He was arrested by police and forward by court.After 2 days he gets bail from till date case pending.Now is it possible to apply teacher jobs in govt.And also I want to know what will happen in future in the that case
