Mai railway ka contractor tha sitapur mai site chl rahi thi meri toh hamare milne wale waha k local thay unke ghar gaye hum or unse jagah puchi or unhe b sath le gye unhone bola k koi hlp chahiye toh hame btana mai help kr du ga phir unhone help kri payment transaction kiye unki sari payment lauta di ab wo paper mai apne hath sy likh kr hisab laye hai k 3 lakh unhone mjhe diye thay but ek b rupay mjhe ni mile ab woh mjhpe fraud case kr rahe hai

He can file but you have also remedies in law to protect yourself from these cases. Before giving you proper guidance i want to know each and every fact of your case. And Complaint filed by the opposite party. You will be safe don't worry.
