Sir, is there any forum to complain about a candidate who cleared UPSC CSE in visually impaired category (ph-2) even though he is not blind. I know him personally and he is neither close to blind nor meets the criteria required. He is now fraudulently serving in IRS . This guy has taken the place of a genuine deserving visually challenged candidate by using fake certificates issued by the local civil surgeons. How on earth did ram manohar lohia hospital uphold his claim during medical examination. Is it possible. Please shed some light on this matter.?
