Fake caste Certificate obtained by my father

I got BC caste certificate before when i was minor by my father but i was from OC and when i was minor i joined Engineering through single window system using bc certificate and completed the degree. but i am feeling bad about it. is it possible to change my caste to OC to avoid any legal issue in future and is it possible to surrender the certificate back and also got scholarship amount from bc board for professional course. will it cause any legal action against me or my family. please clarify it.
it is not available to surrender any certificate. you have to continue in the same caste. you have availed all benefits from the BC caste. it is not available for your query. you will get jail if you attempt anything to surrender the certificate.
