Fake cases filed, police involved, what are options available?

My mama's wife filed a case against my father,mother and brother and the worst thing is that this case is totally fake even my brother is in pune how can she file this case if he is not even present here?. She filed some fake cases like dowry,domestic violence etc. We have already had a mutual conversation last week but now after 7-8 she again filed a fake case of 307 attempt to murder. The police has came to us last night and they all are totally bribed. How can someone use these cases i mean indian constitution is for us and Is that so that anyone can file a case against us? I mean what to do we are helpless should we make a mutual agreement . How should we prove that this is fake?
