Fake case U/s 395, how to challenge the order by the court

fake complaint lodged US 395 on 20 people. Residding different places of Maharashtra. ABA Granted by the court but with the condition to give attendance in police station on every monday, also SB and PB of Rs. 15000/- each with surety in that amount. 1.5 month passed since bail granted. can we appeal to stop this attendance on medical or financial ground & will remain present when IO ask. if yes how? according to IO it will convert in NC. We r having Financial fraud proof against complainant. Will it work in the same case or it's a different case.

Application for relaxations in conditions of bail may be filled before Court passing order. Complainant committing fraud will be be separate offence. However it can be utilised in defence in said case against you.

It will always wise if you can directly manage police by giving some money to refrain from personal attendance. You can file separate private complaint on evidence in Magistrate court or it may be treated as defence. ,
