Fake appointment, forged signature, roc not investigating properly

Sir, by forging my signature some one appoint me CFO in a listed company in 2015 by back date appointment. I came to knew this after receiving summon from Roc. I have given my deposition to them and make them aware of this fraud. Master mind rich and old player of corruption but I dont have direct proof so can't speak his name. But now big penalty imposed on me without investigation. Earlier they bribed Roc. All came to know through grapevine.As big people involved life threat.No money to fight
