Fake 10th marksheet for getting job as teacher after PTC

Hi It is very helpful if you can help. One of my relative (lower middle class background) who passed 10th in 1984 then for admission in PTC course the school principle made fake mark sheet ( principle not alive now) then he did 4 month teacher job then board of government suspended for fake marksheet case since 1888 till date no result ..he just went every month and pay vakil fees but the vakil every time make date hearing .dont know why this been too long no decision now he got almost 60 year he has no job from 1988 survive in very difficult condition please help me over how can i help them to close this case any argument i should make to judge ..the case is in district court...My relative not able to go every time to court as he has BP problem and no money..any advise suggestion will be very helpful to them thanks
You should change your lawyer as the existing lawyer is clearly just minting money from you unnecessary. Such cases should be heard on fast track basis and ask your new lawyer to file application to draw attention of court on pending of case for so many years and demand compensation for harassment your relative suffered.
