We were shown wrong Land and facts were hidden from us regarding the Land, Forgery was done in showing us the other reciepts
You must first get an FIR registered against the persons who indulged in forgery. Where land deals are concerned you must be very careful have a proper due diligence done before you enter into any agreement in respect of the same. You could have the agreement declared as null and void and recover any money you may have paid. But filing an FIR is essential for forgery cheating , fraud, etc.
