Fabricated POCSO Allegation Over School Principal Position

In 2020, a Class 12 girl accused my father under POCSO, allegedly sent by my mother (ex-Principal) to collect papers. FIR claims incident at 11 AM; her parents gave conflicting times. Records show the girl was present in school all day. IO requested and received attendance, CCTV, and teacher confirmations, but denied it in court. None of this is in the charge sheet. Can we recall witnesses under Sec 311 CrPC and file Sec 22 POCSO and CrPC 340?
