Ex Reporte Using Inappropriate language on what's app status

Hi....One of my ex reporte is using inapropriate language by using what's app Satus and all my juiniors can see this. Its more mothering me because he is using my parents also while doing that. Please advice legaly what all options I have.

You can lodge a police complaint against this person and can also file a defamation suit against him. lodging a police complaint may be converted into an FIR and he can face jail time as well. But, you need to do some preparation before you go ahead. If you want I can help you with that.

If a person publishes or post anything which is maligning the reputation of the person against which such statement is intented to and is read and consumed by the person other then the affected, it amounts to Defamation.
A clear cut case of defamation. Serve the opposite party with the cease and dessist legal notice. Seek compensation and also a warning to stop Defamation (through read. advocate).
If he does not cease his illegal actions, move to the civil and criminal court and file Defamation cases accordingly.

And if you wish to go legal then you can always forward a complaint in writing and address the same to the cyber police station according to your jurisdiction.
