Essentials required to get clearance for the case by the court

A false case is filed u/s 506,509,354D on 14.06.2015.On the same day accused got station bail.On 31.Oct.2017 I filed a petition the court for the copy of FIR.I received FIR copy and the complaint.On FIR it is written "FIR is closed as per High Court of Andra Pradesh circular ROC No.274/SO/90 dt 9-7-96 signed by Junior First Class Magistrate on 31-01-2017".What does it mean(Accused got clearance)?If I didn't get clearance what are steps to be taken to get clearance?

On FIR it is written "FIR is closed as per High Court of Andra Pradesh circular ROC No.274/SO/90 dt 9-7-96 signed by Junior First Class Magistrate on 31-01-2017". if you want to know exact answer to query you need to meet in pers with all relevant document then we can answer your question.
