Can i sell my bike after it is released from court?My case no is 88/17.My Bike was stolen from Roshpa Tower Parking.It was recovered from Mangardaha,Khuti(Ranchi)
well, remember please ,whether you have filed indemnity bond for the release of said vehicle in which you have stated till the disposal of case I will not transfer the said vehicle to any one, if yes then ofcourse you cannot sell it without the preior permission of court.
