Employer threatening of International FIR alleging of absconding

Respected lawyers, Seeking your help to contest my case. I’m a 9years+ experienced S/w engineer, joined an IT company less than 2 months as of date, currently on probation. Recently went tooverseas on a project/assignment, but after 1week of working there, I had to return to India due to an emergency situation in family(GrandFather’s expiry) & can’t return due to many issues back at hometown, due to financials & obligations due to his sudden demise. Before boarding my return flight, I had informed this sudden trip, reasons to my reporting manager & 3more colleagues from my company. But managemet alleging that I had absconded from client site. Is it possible for my clients to file a international FIR for absconding/ legal suit on me, despite the fact that I informed my reporting manager@onsite Employer threatening me I can’t travel to any other country in future, as cops can arrest me at any airport due to International FIR of absconding from client-site PLEASE help me howto contest
