Employer filled false fraud complaint against employee, what to do

My employer filed a false fraud police compaint against me. It’s been mentioned in the complaint i.e I brought a business proposal to him and committed him of an huge profit, However the company is making loss and I mislead the company and failed to make any profits. I never ever committed any such thing and nothing is been documented as such. I don’t event know if I’m an employee of the company or not, as i never got any offer letter from the same My salary is been credited in my bank account directly from the company account team.which i can prove with the email I’ve. Kindly advise me what to do, as I got calls from police and I’ll have to meet them tomorrow
