Not sure even after filing do we need to follow up in court . The filing section is also clueless as of now . If your court e-filing portal (such as the eFiling Services or Supreme Court e-Filing system) is not working to upload an Interlocutory Application (IA), the issue is usually caused by file size limits, invalid PDF formats, special characters in the file name, or a disposed case status.

Dear Sir An application before the High Court directly is generally entertainable only through a writ petition under Article 226 or an application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure or Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita if there is inaction by the lower court or a violation of fundamental rights Physical copies of the IA along with proof of online filing should be submitted to the court staff to ensure quick processing and notice issuance to the concerned police authorities before the footage is overwritten
