Drunk Driving Gurgaon Challan, No E challan or Licence impounded

I got Drunk driving challan slip in October 2024, still there is no e challan, nor my license was impounded digitally as written on the challan slip. It's been a 9-10 months, i haven't not recieved anything nor my license is impounded. Can anything please help me to get this cleared? And let me know how this can be cleared or handled. It was my offence and my bac was 150. I just have photo of my Challan slip from that time.

a challan slip photo, DL, and RC to check records. If case filed under Sec. 185 MV Act, attend court to pay fine/close case. If not filed, request immediate processing to avoid future penalties or warrant. Get written confirmation about DL status to prevent sudden suspension.

Hello, Please note that a drunk driving challan can only be settled through the court. The matter is presented before the Magistrate, and the fine is to be paid in the courtroom itself in the presence of the Magistrate. This process is mandatory as per law and cannot be completed outside the court.
