Drinking in public place of delhi in night

My brothers were drinking and roaming on road and police caught them and a FIR was filed against them but in the police station they gave wrong details as in there name number and address. will this have any consequences in future.. policeman take picture of my adhar card
Yes it could lead to consequences in the furture. Mere registration of the FiR by the police means that there will be consequences in the future. It would be better for you if get to know the status of the FIR and go for quashing before the Court

If the police officials had filed something against them then it would be only kalandra and not a FIR. You will receive the summons soon from the concerned court and the offence can be compounded either by way of fine or by contesting the matter in the court.
