Hello Sir my bike is seized in a drink and drive case. FIR is also registered. what to do now. i want the release of my bike.

You wait for the Charge Sheet. Once the charge sheet is filed you can appear in the case, compound your case by paying the fine amount and after disposal of the case a release order will be passed and your vehicle will be released.

Don't worry. Definitely you can get your bike released. As FIR has already been registered, and as because your bike has been involved in drink and drive case, so you will have to get your vehicle released on bail directly from the court concerned. Your bike can be released after the court grants you the release order of your bike. Thereafter you can take the bike alongwith you for your use. It is a lengthy and crucial procedure. Given the facts you have stated, you are seeking release of your vehicle from police custody. If it is a simple case of drink and drive, one can go to the Court with his counsel and compound the offence by paying necessary fine and close the case.
