Domestic violence case against father mother brother sister , yet 2 years happen no order and family tells me to not stay at home because court case is happening

the case will take time but there are few alternate remedies available for you, you should go from that. better you approach an advocate and if you are from Mumbai I will assist you in this. domestic violence cases are very common now.
