I can help. Merely because a DV case is pending for 2 years does not automatically mean the father, mother, brother or sister must leave the house. Whether they can be directed to vacate depends on the residence rights, ownership/tenancy, and any interim/protection/residence order passed by the Magistrate. If there is no such order, the family should not forcefully evict you; you should have the case status and any interim orders reviewed by a lawyer.

Your family? They’re not allowing you to stay with you? You definitely need to get to a solution because these cases don’t end well good sir.. Generally there’s also pocso charges that get involved alimony issues etc etc

If there is a domestic violence case filed against your maternal family by your sister in law you can stay in that house and there is no issue in it but if you have file the domestic violence again this time then there is a different issue in this case you will need to file and take the production orders from the court and if the court is not passing any orders you will need to file it petition and ask for orders or you can ask for urgent sharing on every date without taking next date for no reason
