Domestic violence by brother, ruptured eardrum

My brother slapped me hard and it ruptured my eardrum. I need help in filing an FIR against him and to take correct legal action.

if your brother do this then u will be able to file a FIR at nearest police station against your brother...if u do this then police took action against your brother...u can help from advocate for this..
