Sir mainey FIR Kiya h 498a .sir toh esmy aisa hota h kya ki high court se order hojata h ki kuch logo ka naam hata diajaye bina trial bina kuch sunne. Highcourt order kar shkti h kya by crpc482 ke tahat .aur kr shkti h toh aisa nai hone dene ke liye hum kya kr shkty h kyo ki vo log bhot powerfull h plz reply sir

aapka matter bahut hi sencitive hai yadi aap tatkal legal action nahi lenge to bhsyaknkar samasya aa jayega jitni jalfi ho legal action lo tabhi aap save ho anyatha nahi patni se vivah paschat sari jimme pati ki hoti yadi patni legal action le rahi to aap mujhse sampark kare

Yes! 482 is the special inherent power of HC under which it has the power to quash the charges and FIR. aap intervention file kar sakte the against the appeal under section 482 of crpc. You can file a review petition within 30 days in the High Court itself. But this review petition will be considered only and only if you have some strong ground which you may have missed to place before the HC previously and it should be of the nature which changes the face of the petition and the parties can be proved guilty. Other wise there remains only one remedy and that is you will have to file an SLP in the SUPREME COURT.
