Dear Sir/Ma'am,

If you in your trial have been acquitted or FIR has been quashed off, then there might be no problem in verification for your Govt. job. However, Wherever and whenever it is asked about your any criminal proceedings/trials, you may disclose the details of your trail such as FIR NO., Date of Quashing off etc.

Thanks and regars

Was the compromise based on mutual understanding or were there other factors? there should not be too much of a problem if the case was quashed at that early stage. However, it will be best if you have a written explanation ready in case you are called upon for the same,

Any criminal record will be adverse for your govt job. Your name in fir can lead to leave the job.you have to fight the case until you get discharged or acquitted.s 34 means that fir is lodged against more than you.
