Does charges under section 151 affect the selection in govt job?

21-Sep-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Recently I along with one of my friend had street quarrel with a fruit vendor and we were drunk. A constable was watching it who was not in uniform and he abused us on the spot and arrested us.we were kept under custody for overnight and next day he produced us before executive magistrate under section 151 of crpc.we released by submitting rs.1000 bond.Does this have implications in future for me if i get selected for upsc civil services or for any other govt.job as i m preparing for it.Currently i m working in Delhi as a central govt.employee and Jaipur is my hometown.

If you have been detained inpolice station under section 151 cr p c than it is not a ground of any type of disqualification . You need not to worry. It is also not affect the result of rpsc. If you have not got your bail than it may become harmful.
