Documents checklist for revision petition u/s 397

311 application dismissed. To file a petition in high court what all documents do I need as part in person is there any place where i can find the checklist. For now I am planning to include Index, memos of the parties, List of documents, impugned order certified copy, evidence annexure's a,b,c. Vakalatnama is not required since I am presenting as part-in person or I need to file a memo? What to include in list of documents can I exclude list of documents and only include annexures?
Dear Sir,
You have to file certified copies of chargesheet, FIR, entire order sheet. Further you have to file 311 application and objections and orders passed by the Trial Court. Vakalath is not required but you have to file some affidavits in the formats prescribed by the High Court seeking permission to file such petition before the High Court in party-in-person.
