Do i need to come to India as false case of Section 498A, against me

Dear sir i want to know if there is any option to fight this case in my absence because i am working in gulf country if i choose to go india i'll loose my job. so i have been booked by these cases and my parents to. The cases are :> 498(A)323,504,506,355,IPC and 3 and 4 DP Act. All these cases has been booked when im not in india. Please advice.

First you have to obtain anticipatory bail from the jurisdictional court. Then, once you get the bail, you will have to appear before the Police to execute your surety bond. Thereafter, if the police file charge sheet then you have appear before the court and then you could ask for permanent exemption from appearing before the court.
