Divorce Case with criminal Case

I want information regarding divorce issue. i want divorce from my wife my marriage done before 1.6 year and from last 1 year i am not leaving with her. One day she is make fake allegation against my father regarding sexual harassment from that day we send her to her father mother house. After that she is saying by mistake she is making fake allegation because she is suffering by depression . now when we are asking for divorce she is saying she will file rape complaint against my father. So please help me how can i save my father and take divorce.

if your wife make a fake elegation against the your father regarding sexual harassment and rape then emedately you move the complaint against your wife to the concerned police station and file the divorce case against the your wife .

this is a very serious issue ,your wife can involve your father in many criminal matters ,as you have to take quick measure to secure yourself from her as..she can file a complaint under section 498 IPC and can involve ur full family in it.u can come and visit me where in I can explain all pro and cons that how u can protect ur self ..p
