Whether you are eligible for reinstatement of what? I cannot understand properly what are you asking for! Can you be a little more precise and clear like what you want to seek for? What kind of matter was it, under what sections you were booked in? Were you convicted from the trial court or not?

Yes, conditinionally basis on facts above, since High Court has suspended the conviction and payable fine is on stay , till final hearing. If you are Govt. employee your rights are protected and you may seek reinstatement because under Art 311(2) (a) where dimissal from services are on grounds of conviction only not otherwise. Grant of bail and suspension of conviction stay on fine puts you in strong foot.
