Saas ke name pr major hissa hai property ka jo sasur dwara bnaya gya hai.mujhe ghr se nakal dia ja chuka hai bahut pehle. Pehle mere pti mere sath rehte the pr ab dusri ldki hone pr hme chhod k apne ghr rehne lge hain aur apna share bhi maa k name kr dia hai .kya mere bchhon ko property se vnchit kr skte hai hai meri mother in law

You can file a case for maintenance under the railway provisions of BNS In a competent court of flow which have the diction And as being legal hires your children's have the right to get a share in the state or property by way of succession Or inheritance

Q: Property fraud: land bought, no possession, Kangra Himachal

My widowed mother purchased land in Nagrota Bagwan, Kangra through a property dealer with POA. After registry, possession was not given and land is under someone else. The road shown is private, and Khasra numbers differ between agreement and registry. Payments were made by cheque and cash. The registry states seller is responsible for disputes, but dealer is not responding. Please advise legal action.

1. Did your mother was present in of the office if sub registrar at the time of execution of the sale deed? Or it was done by the property dealer2. Who scrutinised with the documents when the sale deed or agreement to sell took place?3. You can challenge the sale deed being an outcome of coercion, undue influence and fraud and can obtain a decree from the court against the seller to recover your money back! Or to perform the agreement to sell which was earlier executed
