Dismissal of enrollment of lawyer by bar counsil on ground of forgery

An advocate by Forged document has tried to escape owners liability in an MVC case, after police verification found out to be Forged, now have registered case u/s 463 against lawyer, and case is pending.. can i challenge the dismissal of his enrollement by bar council..
Hi...yes you can challenge the termination of advocacy before Bar council of India. If there is already a case under IPC or any provision then it is not right to cancel the membership and you can challenge the same.
