Discrimination based on religion

My neighbour doesnt allow the sweeper to come and clean the common staircase area just outside our flats. Because he believes sweeper belong to lower religion cast. Also, My neighbour daily dumps the dust broomed by him in front of my door. Please advise.

You can file complaint with the society and take it forward via AGM. You or your sweeper can also file FIR under Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act against your neighbour against the atrocities.
