Deformation Case Against Fale Fir Charged

Can I put Deformation case on against party for lodging false complaint in HC before trial court,cc498A,304B&420 not yet committed . please let know weather court refer Fir or charge sheet which is important to court.(am Hindu)
If the case is false. It is better to approach High Court get it quashed under 482 of CrPC. Then you can make a complaint and register FIR for malicious prosecution and you can also claim compensation for loss of time and money.

The procedure to file defamation case is after conclusion of your case. If you can establish the charges are false then file a discharge application under Section 239 of CrPC and get discharge from the case and then file defamation case claiming huge amount.
