Defamation and false pocso allegations

Someone filed a complaint against me for continously ogling minors and stalking a girl. I haven't physically abused any girl till now neither I tried to establish contact with the girl they are accusing me for stalking

In the posco act there is clear provision against false accusation. you can initiate criminal proceedings as well as sue for damages. I think you need to respond it to the earliest against the baseless allegations with supporting materials.
