if she is taking advantage of you physically professional emotionally and in real life you need to take an injunction in a form of retaining order from her or otherwise you can intimate to the police about her intention and stating that what has happened with you and she has been her what has happened with you and she has been torturing you and mentally harassing you for money and trying to take advantage of you through monetary benefits we can file another civil suit for for protection from them and letting them know that you want to away from them. but for that you need to initially make a decision that you will be staying away from her and not going back to her if you are feeling vulnerable or emotional, whatsoever the condition may be
