Defamation, Abuse of process of law & Harrasment
09-Sep-2025 (In Criminal Law)
I have been harrassed multiple times by a female who I was acquainted with. His brother has threatened me of false case and she has defamed me in common circle. She has taken advantage of me physically, professionally & emotionally and discarded after using. I want to initiate legal suit against her and save me from future threats.
From your narration, it is clear you have been subjected not only to harassment and threats but also to serious exploitation on multiple fronts , professional, emotional and personal followed by defamation within your circle. Such conduct is not only unethical but also actionable under both civil and criminal law. You have remedies to protect your dignity and professional standing: a criminal complaint for harassment, intimidation and cheating; a civil defamation suit to seek damages and restrain her from maligning your reputation; and a legal notice documenting her exploitation of your professional work and emotional trust. Importantly, documenting the misuse, where she has derived professional benefit from your efforts and then discarded you will strengthen your case of being unfairly taken advantage of. At the same time, filing a precautionary complaint with the police about the threats of false cases will ensure you are not caught off guard later. Courts take such misuse seriously, but the way allegations are framed and evidence is presented will determine whether you stay on the stronger side of the law. In matters involving personal, professional, and emotional exploitation, a carefully strategised legal response is far more powerful than a rushed case filing, and that requires your version of events to be legally structured before it goes on record.
Carefully document every incident messages, call recording, witnesses, or any proof of threats and defamation, time line of incidents, place date and time, as this becomes your defence against false allegations.
if she is taking advantage of you physically professional emotionally and in real life you need to take an injunction in a form of retaining order from her or otherwise you can intimate to the police about her intention and stating that what has happened with you and she has been her what has happened with you and she has been torturing you and mentally harassing you for money and trying to take advantage of you through monetary benefits we can file another civil suit for for protection from them and letting them know that you want to away from them. but for that you need to initially make a decision that you will be staying away from her and not going back to her if you are feeling vulnerable or emotional, whatsoever the condition may be
