Decision on 311 is taking too much time

11-Jul-2025 (In Criminal Law)
There is no delay from the accused. Also court was informed accused cannot appear before the court next hearing incase court doesn't change the date. Subsequently, 311 was filed and it has been eight hearings. Orders were not passed. Is this normal practice to delay 311 order for so long by the court?

Dear Sir, If you are aggrieved by delaying in passing orders on 311 Application, you may approach higher Court for either disposal of said particular application or go to High Court for a direction to the Trial Court for disposal in a time frame like four to six months. Thus, the Trial Court is bound to dispose the entire case within the time frame fixed by High Court.
