Crl. M. P. May be filed in civil Revision petition

Petitioner filed CRP along with fabricated decree and judgment 11.11.2014 before High Court, High Court directed the district Collector to submit report after enquiry. Judgment order was prepared by the counsel for his Plantiff. Case Registered against them in Charminar PS under section 420, 467, 471 r/w 120 (b). Charge sheet was filed in the year 2018. My question is I want to file Sec 340 crpc, filing false affidavit and forged decree and judgment without fear before high court. Telugu speak

yes you can proceed with section 379 of BNSS ( previously it was 340 CrPC) if the judgement order and decree was forged you can definitely challenge and you also mentioned that an case was registered in charminar PS .
