Criminal ststus but both parties compromised in our village

Dear sir,both of parties are quarreld in a holi festival.agnaist party file a case with our 10 people.my name is in them .but after 2days both parties want to compromise case in our village panchayat.so after this case in court .but compromise finished in our village .so how can do I get relief this case .then my question I can not get a job govt section .compromise petition are going through the court.so how can I relief
