Criminal Revision Petition Case


17-May-2026 (In Criminal Law)
Case was dismissed in Magistrate Court. Petitioner filled Revision petition in sessions court objections, arguments everything was completed and it was posted to order stage in January 2026 and now in May its got changed to hearing what's the reason. What should we as a Respondents take care of??

The learned Judge while dictating or drafting the final order might have come across a specific point of law or fact that requires further clarification from either side ​The court may want to seek precise submissions on a specific citation precedent or statutory provision that was not fully addressed during the previous arguments
