Criminal Intimidation, Harassment and Defamation by neighbour

I am facing continued harassment, defamation, and intimidation from a resident in my apartment who is spreading false allegations, misusing CCTV access to monitor my family, and pressuring my landlord to evict us without cause. Despite never approaching us directly, he has publicly spoken against us, damaging our reputation and peace of mind. Filed a police complaint but they are not registering the petition. What to do now?

if any call recordings,videos of any disputes with you or your neighbour,if possible your landlords verification of the pressure of the nieghbour over him to evict your,any proof of unauthorised access to cctv footage for withem we can file through police or through court to stop further inconvenience
