Hello, need advice on converting RERA refund order into MPID criminal case, individual buyer and recovery of funds , location mumbai, someone with experience and expertise in this area of white collar crime and MPID

MPID case is not that easy to be lodged, first of all the monetary value needs to be checked.. generally EOW /CID / CIU handle such matter and there are a few other criteria’s for a matter to go under PMLA / MPID act.. however upon discussion it can be taken care of, kindly get in touch

For MPID and white collar crime special courts are assigned in sessions court and the jurisdiction of MPID is more than individual or single complainant, the inquiry for this would be done by police and then it will be transferred to the MPID special task force, if the policemen are not co-operating you will need to file private complaint and seek order for FIR from the court Directly with order for investigation
