criminal breach of trust, black mailing and criminal conspiracy

My opposite lawyer and his clients ( our ex-daughtger in law family) have cheated, indulged in criminal breach of trust, black mailed, threatened me and my family with dire consequences and indulged in criminal conspiracy. They have filed false case against my son and looted nearly 1 crore Rupees. The lawyer harassed us because we never agreed for his agreement. A lot of things are there to explain personally. Kindly guide me how to proceed against all of them. we are under the of HMA.

Dear Sir, If you are ready to bear cost which may be more than the cost of laptop and also ready to bear minimum time of two to three years. Then you can issue a legal notice and then file a case in Consumer Court. Since you have issued multiple notices legal notice is not necessary and you can file Consumer case as party-in-person by way of uploading the complaint as well as by submitting hard copy to the Consumer Court.
