04-Aug-2025 (In Criminal Law)
My opposite lawyer and his clients ( our ex-daughtger in law family) have cheated, indulged in criminal breach of trust, black mailed, threatened me and my family with dire consequences and indulged in criminal conspiracy. They have filed false case against my son and looted nearly 1 crore Rupees. The lawyer harassed us because we never agreed for his agreement. A lot of things are there to explain personally. Kindly guide me how to proceed against all of them. we are under the of HMA.

Dear Sir, Approach Higher Authorities: If the police do not act, you can approach the Superintendent of Police (SP) or file a private complaint before the jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 200 CrPC. File Counter Case for False Allegations: If false cases have been filed against your son, you can file a case under Sections 182 and 211 of IPC for misuse of legal process and making false allegations. Complaint Against Opposite Lawyer: If the opposite party's advocate has acted beyond legal boundaries (e.g., coercion, criminal intimidation), you may file a complaint with the Bar Council under the Advocates Act, 1961.
