I have been summoned as an accused for section 403 406 408 for an fir filed in 2021. Will I be arrested when I appear before the court on the summon day
A summon means you are to appear in the court and also take a lawyer so that you can appear for your case!
If you don’t go on the summons you maybe arrested but if you go to the court, then the trails will start and you will not be arrested.
