Copy of police Complaint not being shown.

Police is not giving me copy of complaint made against me even after i asked through rti.
If police is not providing you the copy of the complaint against you then can file an application before the court for such directions to the police.
It is the duty of the police to provide you the copy of the complaint.

First of all a written application has to be submitted in the concerned police station with all the relevant information about the complaint. For the RTI, thereafter you can file an appeal with the appellate authority of the concerned department from where the RTI was sought
