Me and my friends we drank alcohol and we threw the bottle in the drain cops passing by they caught us and they arrested us. I called my guardian and paid fine rs 4000/— and next day they (police) again called us and they wanted to arrest us again because we didn't pay fine to him and we had to pay fine again I. e 2000 rs they said the case is closed now. After a month we are again getting calls from police station that we have to appear for investigation. Now what should I do?

get a receipt of the fine payed by you. and record the evidence against the concerned police officials.you can be arrested only if a formal first information report have been registered against you.if the police continues with threatning calls you have a remedy to file a criminal writ petition for seeking protection and restraining order against the concerned police officials
